@support @Central-Geek I saw there was an update yesterday regarding search and custom fields multi-select and checkbox. I’m still unable to get these filters to work. I used the Country field to ensure I was inputing them correctly and that works but cannot get the others to return correct results.
Is there anything I need to reset since the update to get this working? Without those filtering options my site is fairly useless. Love any direction you could give. Link to page here: http://storylyft.com/members/
What are you trying to do? Show checkbox filters? Or filter member list with a custom field that’s a checkbox (Becuase the latter is the one that’s fixed)
Thanks @support . I’m trying to do the later. I have users select from a check box that included Photos Videos or Blog Copy. I’ve added a Media dropdown, but when I try to search with Photos selected, which I know my test user has checked it returns no results.
My goal is to have a multi-select and checkbox question during the sign up then search for people who have selected those in the member directory. I haven’t been able to get it to work yet. It’s only worked with the Country filter to this point, no custom fields I’ve created.
What’s the issue? Please do not hijack threads. Open a new thread, describe the issue via URL or image. and I’ll give feedback. Makes my support job easier
