Retrieving user data multisite?????

I’m running a multisite but when user is logged in on the home site I’m trying to retrieve user data on the user’s multisite like: user profile photo, user name … etc. Also I user can edit user info from edit profile on the multisite but when trying to upload a photo it won’t show unless user uploads it from primary blog of the multiste.

I’ve tried the <?php $global userpro; ?> api but no results show up on the users multisite as well.
