Private message spamming is common, and quite annoying to deal with. This problem added extra workload to the admin to handle complains from the community.

I wish to contain spamming, by allowing users to private message someone only if that person follows them. How could I do that? Any guidelines would be appreciated, and I’m sure many others will be glad to have this feature!
