How can users edit/delete posts?

The following I believe all are based on the issue of user not being linked to the posts they make.

When any part of the post is clicked it goes to a page that says “this profile cannot be found”

I need to have the author/user label on the posts in some way, so people can see the picture they have posted and
their name.

I have spent hours trying to find the shortcode combination for displaying posts of a certain category and then
in a compact or full picture mode. The manual says use numbers for the categories but that does not work.
I want to display the posts from the category “text” in compact form the those in the category of “picture” in
the full image mode with the users posts this way on his page and all posts on the front page this way.

I accidently deleted the followers/following pages. When I put them bak these options no longer showed up on
profiles is there a way to fix this please? I do NOT want to reload because I have over 60 custom fields and
searches based on those fields.

Is there a way to allow users to submit video feeds (like youtube) in posts? not just in the profile?
