On my website, I have a login form. When I select “Create New Account” at the bottom of the login form, it opens the profile form, and when I complete all of the necessary fields and select Register at the bottom of the form, I get a message that the registration is pending approval (mine – the administrator). I also get an email saying there is a new user request, however, the name of the user is blank in the email. When I open up UserPro and select User Requests from the left menu under UserPro, four fields appear all stating there are 0 requests to be approved. Where is the New User Request going? How do I fix this?
