My redirect after login is not working.

I have read the forums for a solution and tried what others have and it does not work.

My short code is currently in this format
[userpro template=login login_redirect=http://mywebsite.com/mydir/mypage.php]

My short code is currently in this format
[userpro template=register register_redirect=http://www.mysite.com/thanks-for-registering/]

I’ve also tried creating a custom redirect for subscribers and then supplied the URL http://www.mysite.com/thanks-for-registering/, but it doesn’t work.

The page just refreshes and I see the message “Your account is currently being reviewed. Thanks for your patience.”

Are we missing a step?
