According to user profile.
Images of profile doesn’t show after updated to 2.12.1.

I have followed the instructions of the issue “Profile pictures DO NOT appear”

But it doesn’t still solve it.

I can see there are two directories under folder ‘upload’: userpro and bfi_thumb
– /wp-content/uploads/userpro
– /wp-content/uploads/bfi_thumb

How do I solve it?

I got an answer from support (DeluxeThemes):

“Go to Settings -> Compatibility Settings -> Change URL Encoding and toggle the setting’s value.

Save the settings and check again – images should show up fine now.”

The problem is fixed.
