Hi,
concerning the users profile : with permalink set as “username” I have a 404, with permalink set to “userID” the user’s profile displayed is … always mine…
All that for users with or without dashes in username.
I tried to re-save wordpress permalink, no effect.
Please help, if we cannot see users profiles, the plugin is useless…
Thanks !(as it’s a live website, I deactivated the plugin for the time being, tell me if you need to verify something on my website)
Can you try to disable other plugins, change theme to default. 🙂
And please try to replicate the issue again with a user created via UserPro registration form and not via backend. I mean new user with userpro register.
I created a new user via userpro, switched off all plugins, set default WP theme : all the issues are still here… I don’t understand !

sorry for the test user :/gatelly, post your FTP / Wp-admin in private reply to this topic. Let me check it out
Guys, please do not hijack threads – I can’t offer help to original issue in that case.
gatelly, unfortunately, I have to disable theme /all plugins to find the culprit. 🙂
OK, then if you work between 00H00 UTC and 06H00 UTC no problem (I don’t know where do you live).
If not please activate the maintenance mode if you can…
Thanks!OK I just tried some tests ; I deactivated all plugins and set theme to thirteen eleven. I flushed permalinks.
The only way the profiles are not 404 is the permalink set to default. Any other permalink setting make 404 error.
If default permalink, the link to user profile is : http://www.mysite.com/profile-2/?up_username=USERNAME (working)
If other permalink setting the link is : http://www.mysite.com/profile-2/USERNAME/ (not working)Please advise
any new please ?
It seems lot of users have same permalink problems here…Here, I am using /profile/ with Display Name in URL and I never had an issue. Please, do a basic test, this must be a plugin conflict or something like that, after disabling the plugins, try to flush permalinks again
As already said, I deactivated all plugins, back to thirteen eleven theme, flushed my permalinks, problem still here.
Ok, show me sample profile, + wp-admin + Default theme, and only UserPro active please.
I already gave you all that, some days ago, without answer. The website is alive, I can’t deactivate all for days long, and it’s a pain in the ass to reactivate all, with database issues. As other users through the forum have same problem, I guess there is a solution no ?
