I have recently installed your plugin and all the original profile images have stopped showing. E.g. in the comments here:

Buildings

I have tried toggling the various profile images settings but this hasn’t made a difference. Also I have tried toggling the buddypress integration settings but this hasn’t made a difference either.

The issue is fixed on your site . Please actiavte UserPro and check all bbpress avatars are showing up correctly now .

There is a settings in UserPro -> Profile Settings-> Use default gravatars until users upload a custom avatar for this site – Set it to yes .

I have made it for you . Check and let me know .

It is not possible to use BuddyPress Profile Images instead of UserPro profile images .However there are settings available in UserPro using which – You can display UserPro profile images instead of buddypress .
