Hey Good News…. I’ve fixed it!
I found out it was a plugin i installed to protect some of my files but it turned out it protected more than expected. So my issue has been self fixed… Thanks and i’m still anticipating for the social design tingy!
Well done elite Ahmed 🙂5 years ago RasputincuParticipant
Still not resolved i guess?
I’m having a exact same problem. What i have readed here in forums i must say that very few of these problems get solved.
God thank there is alternatives i there is no support here.
Any suggestion to this problem.. i have played with it all day.5 years ago Ayesha (UserPro Support )Participant
Some of the common reasons why this could occur –
– a conflict with some other plugin ( try deactivating all other plugins and check if it works -if yes, then start activating them one by one so you can zero in on the one that prevents this uploader from working).
– a conflict with the theme – try switching to the default theme and check if it works
If you have tried this but have not had any luck, please let me know your website’s URL so I can see this in action.
If you are not comfortable with sharing your URL here, please raise a ticket so I can reproduce this and narrow down the exact conditions when it occurs –
