Great plugin! I have just purchased it!

I have a problem with the profile background image. When I try to upload an image, a green toolbar for uploading shows up and usually I have to see the thumbnail preview of the image i had uploaded. The problem is that instead of the image thumbnail, I get an icon of broken image – it is like the image has a wrong URL or the image is not found. I tried with every type of image formats like jpg, png, gif etc. but its the same.
I searched in the forum for similar problem like mine and i found only one thread that did not resolve my problem.

I tryed to figure it out with the CSS but Im pretty sure that the problem is with the function or shortcode that is missing.

I verified my purchase. I dont know what you exactly mean by live URL and timthumb, sorry for that.

This link will show you an user with an applied profile background. Obviously the image is not showing. I tried manualy to change the css background-image with a random image from Google and it works. So the problem might be into the plugin preferences. I changed the Path Compatibility and URL Encoding, tryed different combination between their options but nothing changed.

All users that have everything working and have this problem, please check your plugins installed. I started deactivating all plugins – one by one and I found that my current problem is caused by User Access Manager plugin. I deactivated it and everything works like a charm.

@hnryzhng please open a new thread if you experience a similar issue and can’t fix it by disabling other plugins.
