when I upload a profile picture is not loaded
http://prntscr.com/2imr9jHi,
Please follow the directions on this page http://userproplugin.com/userpro/forums/topic/support-requires-verification-of-purchase-before-we-can-help/
Then I will be happy to assist if I can. 🙂
This could be a timthumb issue, because the image is uploaded but it just can’t display due to an error. We need a live link to the broken thumbnail and please verify your purchase before we could help.
Moving to support

Thank you for verifying your purchase.
@admin, This one is yours. Thanks. 🙂
Are you using multisite? I remember seeing a quickfix for the multisite upload in specific conditions. Let me try if I can find that thread again. Please send me your FTP in the meantime + WP login.
Discilpa no entiendo mucho el ingles podrias ser mas espesifico?
If keyhanjun or another multsite user reading this, I remember a solution has been posted before to this issue. Can someone bring it to here?
– Luis: English please. Can you please try to use compatibility settings ? (Full paths instead of relative paths) and see if it fixes the issue? Path Compatibility setting. What’s the correct path that stores your uploads? blog id seems to be missing from uRL.
Here is the link to fix the “broken Avatars” problem on a WP Multisite installation based on subdomains where UserPro is installed only on a subdomain of the network.
http://userproplugin.com/userpro/forums/topic/wp-multisite-broken-avatars-on-subdomain/
(And remember, remember this fix is only needed when you have installed the network prior WP 3.5) 😉
Best regards,
keyhanjun
