Try to go here and follow this steps:
1) http://www.artizily.com and click on “ACCEDI” in the top user menu (modal login)
2) click on “NON RICORDI LA PASSWORD?”
3) insert the username and antispam question and request a new activation key…
4) click on “CAMBIA PASSWORD” and try to insert a new SECRET KEY received via email. HERE WE CAN FOUND AN ERROR…
cause if ill insert the secret key… after 2 seconds the form is refreshed… and if i look all the text in this form is all with a links…
HELP ME to solve this problem, cause now my users cant change and can’t enter and update the profiles.

I checked on your site and yes its refreshing the page. This could be due to other plugins/theme conflict. can you please check once by disabling all other plugins on your site and also by switchin the theme to any default WordPress theme.
Please follow the below steps:
1. Deactivate current theme and plugins.
2. Check that the issue is gone now.
3. Activate your theme/plugins one by one until you find the conflicting item.

Please try this and let me know further about it. Thanks
