If I send a message its saying message sent. But I can’t see the conversation. its blank.

On your demo you can see the Message history. I have sent the screenshot on your email where you responded that I need to post a thread here regarding this.

I also have inquiries i.e Comment and Forum theme integration with NewsPaper theme but no luck getting a solution.

Unless there is another things to do after installing and activating the messaging plugin.

I did try deactivating and re activate, but no luck.

I suspect its the theme. Im using Newpaper 3.8 http://themeforest.net/item/newspaper/5489609 this might happened after the update from their 3.7 .
