I was able to get profiles to reappear after disabling omnisearch in jetpack.

You can increase it in wp-config.php with:
define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ’96M’ );

Else you can also change the memory limit in php.ini file or ask hosting company to increase memory limit.
