How are you? Happy new year and I hope you had a great Christmas 🙂
I have finally moved my website from local server to my live server and the site has now launched. If you would like to see the site you can take a look here:

Obviously its your fantastic Plugin that has allowed me to create such a wonderful website and most of the credit goes to yourself for your hard work, so thank you once again.

I have found a strange problem in the past couple of days, where every once in a while the connection to the database suddenly is disconnected and the site goes down. When logging in via SSH i am unable to restart the MySQL server and need to do a soft reboot of the server to get the site back up. I have found that usually when this happens its after posting an article or something similar. I installed a Plugin to report errors and after the MySQL problem occurs I found this Error in the log, the error is quite big so copying it here would look messy and hard to read, so here is a link to a text file with the error message:

Before this problem I also had another problem where i found that i could not load the user profile for my own account (Admin account). Trying to edit the account also gave an AJAX error, i found in the error log that the problem was the PHP memory limit was being reached and so i increased the memory limit from 128MB to 256MB in php.ini and this fixed the problem.

I should also note that im using the latest version of the plugin and i also have ALL the other UserPro addon plugins working with this as well (except the User Review plugin)

My site is CONSTANTLY going down shutting down the MySQL database and my error logs are filled with errors from the UserPro plugins. This is absolutely unacceptable, you cant sell a product and offer support then ignore support requests when customers request them.

I am now requesting a full refund and if this is not fulfilled i will be filing a complaint with both CodeCanyon as well as my Credit Card company to request a payback transfer.

@Pouya – Your ticket has been replied. Can you please try increasing WP memory limit by adding ‘define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ’64M’);’ in wp-config.php ?
