I hope you have seen the current progress and the continous feature updates, like Messaging system – and please understand that such improvements and work keep me busy which forces me to use a strict support policy here. Again, I am sorry, I have noticed that a lot of support topics are from unverified customers, or very specific issues/theme conflicts, etc. without login info or URLs that help me identify the problem and fix it.

Please read the following simple rules and please try to stick to them, your co-operation will save me time and will help in providing a good support experience.

1. Please ALWAYS post URL that makes your issue CLEAR to me, I can’t explore your site pages. Please be specific, and please include FTP + WP-admin login details in private reply to the topic so that I can check your site without requesting additional info from you.

2. Please do not post your issue in someone else topic. Please do not hijack topics.

3. And finally please never post with the “test” account. It’s only for test! 😉

PLEASE NOTE: Support threads that do not meet the above criteria will be DELETED without warnings. I am sorry, as I said – people need to cooperate a little with me If we want to improve customer service and overall product.

I have read the rule but dont have a url to post. the issue I have is:

I have set up the the email validation for user registration. The users get an email but there is no validation URL.

i.e the {USERPRO_VALIDATE_URL} is missing

Can you help me trouble shoot this? what should i look for?

The first time I test it there was a validation link once, but by the second test this link was no longer appearing.
