Notification: Customize “Your Membership Was Rejected” Mail

If I have manual approval of users, how do I send a notification if I reject an user?

I configured everything on the notifications tab but when an user is rejected doesn’t get any notification about it.

Exactly same question!.. is there no predefined message.. as there is a Reject Button.. there should be also a Rejection Mail Template to edit?
