new user not shown

Hi team members,

I have new problem – a new user register to the site, updated all fields as required, but it does not shown on the member page.

the memberlist page is: http://indexmartzim.com/members-2/

need your prompt help, this is a huge problem in front of the users.

I have 2 users that their profile are not shown in the memberlist page
need your immediate help – the entire site is sitting on this plugin.
