UserPro version 2.22
I have issue with multiple registration forms I have created the two forms in multiple registration dashboard and assign some fields to both forms.
In page added the short code and displaying the form perfect but when I fill the fields and submitted its not working. Its just stay on the same page when I click on the Register button.

If I show the whole registration form without from that I created and its working perfect and submitting to login form with message even I found the user information in admin>userpro>requests

Please tell me whats going on with multiple registration form. Thanks
