Hi. I only get access to messaging making a link to the profile and them the user must to click in a ballon to enter in the modal for leave messages. I ask you if I have a way to get the modal messaging without show the profile window.

NO Ahmed. I need just open the modal window when user click in button “Fale com o Técnico” (Talk with technician”
I don´t want open the profile page. Understand?

You need to make a custom button so user can chat with technician? RIght?

You need to make a custom link with these attributes:

class=”userpro-init-chat” data-chat_from=”sending_ID” data-chat_with=”receiver_ID” that’s the logic for creating a custom button to init chat 🙂
