I want to create a logout link in my menu.

Userpro has a logout redirect option which I have set to show a page after logout.

What url do I use in my menu so that it redirects to this page depending on the role? (i.e. as per Userpro settings)

There’s a supported native function for that. Or use the logout page and control its settings from logout page settings. There’s also logout_redirect option that can be used with shortcodes.
