I guess you should look around Login and Registration pages URL, if they was correct ( They shouldn’t be under any other pages ) you should take a look around Redirection section of UserPro.

BTW, i checked the plugin just right now and i’ve found all of the pages UserPro has created are under Profile page. so you should change it to no parent and that’s it 🙂
