I am installing the theme in my woocommerce shop and it hangs all the time when I try to do anything:

  • log in with a real username
  • log in with facebook
  • register with a real username
  • register with facebook

Summing up, it hangs all the time and I cannot do anything! Only thing that works is to tell me that password is wrong if I actually log in with a fake username. If it helps, my site is http://www.AwwNice.com

Without you being willing to briefly test by switching themes it would be difficult at best to see if the theme and UserPro were clashing. I don’t know how you are doing your customization, I did go to the site and you are right. There seems to be something clashing with UserPro functionality.

Based on what I am seeing in firebug, your olark chat is causing a very slow load on the page. I see the times extended way further than they should be. Is it possible to deactivate that feature and see if things work a little better?

You also didn’t answer Suport’s question about which shortcode you are using.

Many times it just hangs when pressing login or register and if i log in with a good username and password it refreshes the page but is like if i did not log in!

There are no warnings or errors showing now.
But, the issue is still remaining.

Are there any other Ajax or jQuery issues on the site at all?
I notice all the nice features of the theme seem to be working fine.
