i am using [userpro template=login] and when i logged out of admin, i am not able to login now. I input my user id and password and nothing happens. It just refreshes the login page ! what to do?
i resolved by deleting plugin, login normally and then adding it back.
Hi @kumarv,
Has the issue gone away? Was it just that one time, or was there a problem with another plugin? Thanks
Not resolved. I’m not able to login via plugin. I insert my login details and nothing happens. I’m able to Login via wordpress login.
Without being able to see what you have created, there is no way to help with the information you have provided.
The log in works here, it works on all of my test sites. It works on my live site. I can’t replicate what you are doing because there is literally no information to work with from your end.
What operating system are you hosting the local installation with. How is it set up?
What version of WordPress are you using?
What version of UserPro are you using?
List all activated plugins.
Which Theme are you using, and what version?Provide screenshots of how you have set up the site, so that we can at least get an idea of what you are doing.
Also, for troubleshooting issues on local installs, Chrome has addons that help with seeing errors on sites, as does Firefox. You might want to check and see what errors are showing up, if any.
I personally would want to see a screenshot of what Firebug is showing and a screenshot of the sourcecode generated by your site.
I believe @support would be having the same problem with this question.
Can you please put it live so we can test/and fix this issue for you asap? I have the same problem indeed. on localhost I can’t just give blind support.. I can’t know what host configuration or local settings are used.. you need to put it live so we can debug your installation.
Have you tried deleting all files for the plugin and do a clean install? I experienced issues when trying to upgrade versions. I found clean installs work better. Just my two cents, but centralgeek and support are way more knowledgable than I.
CORRECT!

There are bugs in older versions that just needs to be cleaned by a CLEAN WIPE/reinstall userpro and its fields. Clean install shows no errors 🙂
