Loggin failing to work correctly.

Hello, hope you are doing well today. For some reason the login seems to be broken on my website using the userpro plugin.

Whenever a user tries to login, the page just refreshes , leaving the user logged out and the login fields blank, providing no error messages at all.

At first I thought this was a problem with the theme I am using, however that has been ruled out.

I then tested all the plugins to figure out which one was causing the conflict. However after testing every plugin by disabling it then trying to login, I have come to the conclusion that it is not a plugin causing the problem either (other than the userpro plugin).

I had cleared my browsers cache and cookies etc multiple times during the fix attempts to make sure it wasn’t any previous browsing history getting in the way. I have also tried on multiple different computers, both PC and Mac, and multiple browsers on both platforms, all returning the same type of issue.

In the end, I was left with a basic wordpress install, no plugins other than userpro running, and one of the default themes that comes with wordpress activated, and the website would still return nothing but a refreshed page with blank fields when a login attempt was made.

My only thought now, is that its a problem with the userpro plugin itself. When I disable the userpro plugin and login using the standard “wp-admin” extension on the domain, things work perfectly fine. Userpro and WordPress are both updated to the latest version.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what could be causing these problems on my website?

It is great to hear someone has at least experienced the same issue as I am experiencing.
My website should have launched last month but due to this issue, lots of people have been left waiting and a deadline is fast approaching.

Would greatly appreciate the help from userpro to solve this issue.
