i bought this pluggin userpro for my wordpress website few days ago.
I installed the pluggin, properly but it still doesn’t work. Could you please help me ?
The problem is situating around the license code.
Indeed, I entered the license code in the “Licencing” tab but it does not say my item is activated and a message appears just above saying “Please note: cURL must be enabled to successfully activate your license. If you want to find your purchase code, please look here. If you cannot enable cURL or getting another error, please use the support forum link and we will activate your license manually.”
I tried to contact my webhost to install cURL, but they confirmed that “The cURL extension is enabled by default on shared hosting.”

Could you tell me what to do ?

i go on Plugins / Editor / UserPro and after you have a tone of files but i copy/paste the code “global $userpro;
$userpro->validate_license(β€˜ccc’);” in the file index.php
and nothing happened

Please go to:

Appearance > Editor

& then search for the entry “Theme Functions” (functions.php) on the very right side.

Once you have clicked on this blue link (“Theme Functions”) the correct file is being loaded on the main part of the webpage.

Now you can scroll down to the very bottom of this file to paste the code Ahmed has given you.

Don’t forget to click on “Update File” after that. Once UserPro is activated you can/should remove it again.
