IE9-Can't Upload Profile|Background pics

background pics ie9 not uploading profile profile pics uploading

Profile Pic upload works on all IOS/OSX/Firefox/Chrome, but not in IE9 which is very important as it is what we currently use in our office.

Please advise on how to fix. Currently WordPress. 4.1 USERPro 2.2. Member CACHE Cleared.
