    Ahmed,

    Can you please clone yourself? I miss your support. The new company handling the email support is not knowledgeable on the product.

    I have a PR6 site, with thousands of members and tens of thousands of readers each day. There are critical bugs plaguing the UserPro plugin. I email support, they don’t even know the solution they’re trying to provide or seem to understand the basics of the plugin features.

    For simple things… like how the option to disable admin emails on new user registrations. It has disappeared and I cannot stop it. Inbox now getting flooded with useless emails.

    I’ve updated, reset all options and tried everything, but so far no resolution. Secondly, the permalink issue is incredibly frustrating. Have removed all pages associated with UserPro and permanently deleted them.

    Disabled all plugins except UserPro and then tried to rebuild the pages, but it creates 5 of the same page. Thus resulting in the permalink structure becoming n4bb.com/profile-5 etc etc.

    I really love UserPro, probably one of the best plugins we have ever used. However, lately the issues are outweighing the benefits and the support has been next to nil.

    Is there a way to pay for premium support? As a business, it looks unprofessional on our end when our members experience such frustrating problems… like the Messaging add-on having blank threads.

    If there is a way to pay for premium support, we would happily do so! Or, please just clone yourself or get a better support team 🙂

    Can i second you on that! the new support company is useless, slow and un reliable . i have already put that comment on code canyon, i am so disappointed

    I second that. It all started out so good, but it has gone downhill the last months.

    yup, totally agree, there was so much going on when this plugin was released and now Ahmed is missing, support team is missing too, we are all left scratching out heads 🙁

    Look at my display pic, it’s not even working properly in the official website of the support. How’d it work on custom websites?

    I am with you guys.

    The replies i am getting from the new team make me feel they dont even read my emails. Completely irrelevant and useless “instructions”.

    This is a very good plugin but there are many issues lately.

    I have started looking for an alternative option :/

    @alexong, Please lets us know when you find any premium alternative.

    This plugin has so much potential. What a shame what money can do.
