I bought userpro plugin a few hours back; installed it and activated; then did some minor updations like setting appid/id for facebook and google; saved it; after a few mins noticed that now site is down and giving error : ” mysite.com is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500 ”
After some googling, renamed the userpro to userpro.bak in plugin directory, then my site became up and running.
Now as soon as I change the directory name back to userpro and try to re-activate the plugin, I’m hitting same error. I had tried deleting-installing-activating the now and again but no success. I had tried de-activating other plugins installed on my site, just to see if userpro had any sort of conflict with some other plugin but that too didn’t help.
Can you please review and help in here.
A newer version of the plugin is available now. I deleted the old one and installed the new version. Still facing the same issue.
Please help.I have the same issue when a try to reset all settings from Userpro fields tab.
I tried to reset the Userpro because in my case I cannot be able to let conditional fields to work.
Already tried to increase memory up to 512M,to change Php settings, regenerate htaccess, using the standard theme, disabling all other plug-ins.
No way to solve.
Of course I am using last Userpro release and last WordPress release too.
