Trying to speed up my site with a CDN provider, I seem to have locked out of my site, I had to delete W3 Cache and for that my .htaccess file I had to remove. Now in building a new one, it seems I am not able to login as an admin. I created several admins from PHPMyAdmin but no luck. I am sure it has to be a .htaccess file issue. Could someone share their .htaccess with me?

This is what I have:

After I unpdated my nameservers I am not able to login to my dashboard, it is as if something had changed that all admins have been blocked from the site to act as something lower than an author, perhaps a subscriber. Now that I have undone my nameservers change back to that of my host, the problem continues that I am not able to log in to my dashboard. I have done a number of things including creating new admins from PhpMyAdmin and hired a programmer, he assures me this has to do with UserPro, so if I can ask to please support me how changing my nameservers could cause this, when I simply delete the UserPro folder from the FTP to disable the plugin, the site breaks altogether. The .htaccess has been reset to the original .htaccess file I had, so I know it is not that. If you can please help, I would not want to lose my site for this.

Thanks!

@support-ahmed can you confirm whether this is the reason? That since I changed nameservers that was like changing hosts and the license key had been revocked?

I do not know about rewrites etc. So please tell me what direct issue you have with UserPro? license key can be used more than once.
