UserPro has hijacked this page altogether and redirects to its profile/login page. How can I prevent this and have both options for logging in?

The panic key helps you access WP-admin screen If you enabled the hide backend setting below, and for some reason you cannot get back into your site. To enter your backend with the panic key use this URL: http://userproplugin.com/userpro/wp-login.php?userpro_panic_key=xZaejn123

Or use Andy suggestion, turn off Redirect backend login to front-end -> do not redirect
