How can I get a raw list of followers without a user’s profile header and everything else?

You can see on the example page below that I have 3 tabs on a customised profile page (blogs,followers,following). If you look on followers and following the profile card header for the profile-owner appears when using the shortcode [userpro template=followers]

I just want to be able to get the actual list of followers/following. I’m sure the list template could be used to do this somehow but the options don’t really give a lot away:
