How to allow users to upload a post with a video upon registering on website

I am trying to figure out a way for users to be able to upload video and photos so they can enter a contest upon registering on a website.

This is the URL which has the example of what I am referring here:

http://blacktalent.tv/new/profile

The shortcode entered to create the registration page is [userpro template=register]. I believe the shortcode for users to do what I am intending (if I am correct) is [userpro template=publish]. Question is if (again if I am correct) so, where would I put that shortcode?

I’d try putting it anywhere in your template where you think the user might see it.

Probably whatever page the user gets redirected to after successful registration.
