How to add age field which works with search?

Hi, how can I set an age field that will convert a D.O.B to a number i.e 12/12/1990 would = 24 on profile display?

I believe I need this to also work with the custom member search for, search by age shortcode [userpro template=memberlist age_range=13,75 search_from_age=”Age from,dropdown” search_to_age=”Age to,dropdown” search_gender=”Gender,dropdown” search_country=”Country,dropdown”]
