When I use userPro only the admins can see the WP dash board. Others – like editors, authors – cant get to see the dashboard. I would like only the subscribers not to see the dashboard, but all other usergroups – roles – need to see WP dashboard. Can you please suggest the fix ASAP?

So you can allow author, editor to VIEW ADMIN pages, but NOT subscribers. Default setting is that all users will NOT see backend (except admins) you can change this setting under Redirection options in v1.0.70 at least.
