How do I setup UserPro on a Multisite?

I have a WordPress Multisite and I would like to setup the site so that My users can login on all of the sites.

Right now, UserPro is only showing on example.com and not example.com/test1 or example.com/test2.

How do I get all of the Users to be able to access all of the sites on the network?
