To translate UserPro in to chinese language you have to follow these steps.
1) UserPro/languages userpro-en_US.po (copy this file as it is and paste it in languages file it self).
2) Rename the pasted file as userpro-zh_CN.po
3) You have to do all the needed changes in this particular file(basically the translation part)
4) After that generate the mo file of the po file
