I downloaded the plugin but when I activated it, it shows the version as 1.85… is there a problem ?
Anyway, I had the same issue as Alec with a 404 error…
I followed Ahmed instruction and it works fine now !
The thing is to :
1 – Deactivate all plugins (except UserPro),
2 – Make sure you cleared all cash files, and cookies (etc) from your brother,
3 – Go to WP and flush your permalinks,
4 – Go to your website and test the profile view with the same brother window,
5 – and it’s done ! You can reactivate all others plugins…

It could be the reason (The changes you made) because it was working fine right? Sometimes mod rewriting , enabling or disabling specific plugins can cause this. Can you please try it (Save permalink structure) and try to visit profiles again?

it only exists when the LearnDash plugin is turned on
