Grid FX flashes when the js or css finishes loading (the grid disappears for a sec) I believe when it finishes loading all the assets.

It also flashes multiple times if I resize the window.

A third thing is the grid loads, but if I hover the mouse over one of the items (perhaps the css hasn’t finished loading) before the final “flash” then the text that appears on hover over the item is aligned with the top of the box rather than centered in the middle of the box.

I don’t think my theme is loading a ton of js, but I’m open to suggestions.

Alternatively, if there is a way to simply show a spinning icon instead of the grid fx until the assets are entirely loaded, then perhaps that could solve all the issues except the flashing upon window resize.

I have 16gb of memory, which is probably a good amount. What are the chances the site visitors will have closed all the open apps before coming to our site?

It’s happening on multiple computers and they’re fairly new. The browsers are all updated. Is there any direction you can give me to optimize the site rather than getting a new computer? My clients’ visitors will possibly have older computers.

Thank you Ahmed. I’ve disabled all the plugins excepts GridFx, and turned on the Twentytwelve wordpress default theme.

In the above screen capture you can see the flash still occurring.

The above link is another machine with 32gb of ram. The Flashing is consistent. Have you tested the plugin on chrome for Mac?
