For someone to have administrative control in userpro he must have “manage_options” capability assigned to them. If you setup roles, make sure that role can “manage_options”. UserPro requires this capability in admin functions.

this was done before, you also have to remove the redirection for users (or maybe you didn’t check that….ie if have “manage_options” -> no redirection)
