Pingdom continues to give me this 4 second delay, where UserPro is looking for jquery-ui.css.
I have version 2.6 installed.
(1) How can I eliminate the request of jquery-ui.css?
(2) Why is it that I’m unable to update UserPro to version 2.7 when going to the customer portal? I haven’t entered my CodeCanyon purchase code anywhere, and don’t see a place I can, so I’m really unsure how to use the customer portal.
Thanks!
1)Are you using our media-manager addon if yes ,
You have make changes in the following-
mediamanager/functions/user-functions.php
comment this line(last-line-in-the-file)
wp_enqueue_style(“tabs_css”,userpro_media_url.”css/jquery-ui.css”);2) To download, please login to your Code Canyon account.
NOTE-
There are different versions of plugin available on Code Canyon depending on how you download it. You need to –
1. Navigate to the plugin page e.g. http://codecanyon.net/item/userpro-user-profiles-with-social-login/5958681
2. Click on the message that says “you already own this…download here”
3. This will provide the correct version. What NOT to do
If you go to the “My Downloads” page from within your profile, you get a different version – which is the incorrect older version.
So please ALWAYS ensure that you download the latest version via the plugin page.Hello! Thanks for your response. I’m jasonpaulweber on CodeCanyon, just in case that matters.
Yes … indeed, I’m using all of the UserPro add-ons (bookmarks, star rating, media manager, and private messaging).
I was able to successfully stop the jquery-ui.css call with your help; page load times decreased 3.5 seconds on Pingdom & other testing tools … thanks!
I’m still only able to download 2.6 (well, that’s what it says in my WordPress administration, even after following your steps).
Love your plugins, though! I originally purchased User Profiles Made Easy and there’s no comparison. Your plugin + add-ons are darn near a full membership plugin!
Thanks for your great work!
