Get username of profile page

Hello, I created a custom page in my template folder where I placed the code below.

     My Profile
	<?php echo do_shortcode('[userpro template=view]'); ?>
	My Posts
	<?php echo do_shortcode('[userpro template=postsbyuser postsbyuser_mode=grid postsbyuser_showthumb=1]'); ?>
	
	<center><a href="http://url/submissions/<strong>USERNAME</strong>" class="sc_button sc_button_style_blue sc_button_size_large">View All</a></center>

This page is url.com/profile/username so, it shows info about a particular user. What I would like to do is, to get that user’s username to link a button to a page with all submissions. Any ideas how I can get that username? Thanks!
