I’ve been trying to figure out if the problem is on my end for a few days. I’ve disabled all my plugins and the problem still persists.

The dropdown under the profile banners drops down when I click on the arrow but then when I want to collapse it, it does not function.

Does anyone have a similar or same situation? Any suggestions/ideas?

This here’s an example Ahmed. I deactivated all plugins, cleared my cookies and cache, updated UserPro, enabled and disabled the drop down from the backend and the problem is still there :/

Any updates?

I believe it may be something on UserPro’s end. I say this because I had my WordPress theme wiped out to install a fresh and updated copy. I also have the latest version of UserPro too and the dropdown still does not retract once clicked on to dropdown.
