I use both facebook and twitter login options on my site, but for facebook login they mostly do not appear (some do, some don’t). Instead there is only an empty box where the users should have their photos (but not for all of them, only some)

I’ve tried everything please help me

It seems to be based on the browser that the user(s) is using to login/register. Just another bug with this plugin – not cross-browser compatible. :/

After Version 2.1 release where we fixed the bug regarding the facebook profile picture this issue is very bizzare.
Thank you for url , I logged in via fb and the profile picture is not displaying .
Now it could be plugin/theme conflict problem , could you please try it once by deactivating other plugins except UserPro and use the default theme of WordPress.
Please letme the result in the either ways.

disabling plugins,
various combinations of fixing methods in the settings
reinstalling userpro from scratch
deleting the userpro folder in /uploads/

nothing works and I get no support which is kind of dissapointing
