Facebook integration doesn't populate fields

Hi,
Why is it that when I register with Facebook, my profile information does not populate into my profile? Only my name comes through.

Name (display name) and e-mail are populated. Also Age + Gender are populated if available. That’s the information that userpro uses to sync FB profiles with existing profiles.

In the facebook permissions it also requests profile picture and user pictures. Facebook recently changed a lot of the info with the social login.

The profile picture is synced automatically from facebook, besides name, gender, and age.

For customized fields that are required, will the plugin force user to complete those fields to complete registration? I’ve not purchased the plugin but need to confirm this function.
