Here is a request for your next release :

Add the feature of MULTIPLE CUSTOM FIELDS IN EMD. Also I think you should add all the functionnalities of Memberlist V2 in EMD, because it make no sense at the moment to have “Enhance Member directory” that is has less feature than the previous version!

Because of all those inconsistencies, i’m starting to think to buy another WordPress User profile… Maybe you should check the competition if you have not done it already, to get inspired with some features they have : http://usersultra.com/

My pet peeve is the fact that the form fields labels cannot be multilingual and are not translatable using WPML (they can be customized but can only exist in one version anyway in the database not using .mo .po), I’m amazed by this omission.. maybe some people don’t care to have a mishmash of languages on their site but I basically cannot use the plugin because of this “little” issue as my client obviously does not want “half-translated” forms. It looks bad and unprofessional to their own clients.
