Capabilities – managing users, editing profiles & verifying users

Caveat of doing it this way, is that everytime you update Userpro, you must remember to change the code in the 3 files again. A bit of a mission to do, but at least its a quick edit and it works. I tested it again today with latest version of Userpro, it works fine.
