If it was a guest it would show links to register or log in

If they were a user who was still logged in via cookies it would show them a link to view their profile, etc.

I found no way to do this unless I missed it. It would be a great feature to have seeing how having a top bar might not work for all themes and I did not want to offer the same links to guests and members.
