Currently our settings are the following:

Under GENERAL:
– Profile Permalink Structure: Full Name
– User Display name Field: Default (Display Name)

We are using the Enhanced Member Directory as a staff directory for our internal company website. Unfortunately, the name that appears in the directory keeps defaulting back to their username (which does not include a last name, an important piece of information in our directory).

However, if we change the settings to be User Display Name: Full Name, profiles do not show up until we go into the back end and select ‘Display Name Publicly As [full name]’ under a specific users settings… so we decided to go back to the default display name setting.

When a user logs out and then in again, the display name always reverts back to the username. Is there a way to fix this? We need the first name and last name always displayed in the directory.
